STF large tonnage hydraulic jack is a separation jack with one-way action and load retraction. The hydraulic cylinder can withstand pressure exceeding 5% of the rated load without damage. Lifting capacity: 50-1000 tons, especially in large engineering projects, it is an easy to operate, control, and hydraulic jack with a built-in pressure relief valve to prevent overload and protect the jack for safe operation. The connection of this device adopts high-pressure rubber hose and threaded joint connection, which is fast to use and overcomes the disadvantage of oil leakage of traditional joints. 3、 STF large tonnage hydraulic jack usage method
1. When the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (10 # engine oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading during use.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the point of force for the jack, and consider whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is cushioned with tough wood to avoid the risk of tipping during lifting.
4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, it should be supported firmly with tough wood in a timely manner. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support, and it is forbidden to use multiple jacks at the same time to avoid uneven load and the risk of tipping.
5. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

4、 Usage method
1. Before use, it is necessary to check if all parts are functioning properly.
2. When using, the main parameters should be strictly followed, and overloading should be avoided. Otherwise, when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the regulations, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the oil cylinder.
3. When the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to first add N33 # hydraulic oil that has been thoroughly filtered to the pump before it can work.

5. The center of gravity of heavy objects should be chosen moderately, and the force point of the jack should be reasonably selected. The bottom should be leveled, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered. Whether to pad with tough wood and place it steadily should be ensured to avoid sinking or tilting of the load.
