1、 Purpose and Characteristics
The ZLKS series rectifier power supply is a specialized product for DC electromagnetic brakes and DC electromagnetic clutches. Its function is to convert AC power into DC power that can meet the needs of DC electromagnetic brakes or DC electromagnetic clutches. The ZL series rectifier power supplies produced by our factory have complete specifications, strong applicability, stable operation, and durability.

The ZLKS series rectifier power supply has two types of wiring forms: lead out type and terminal column type; There are four terminal leads and six terminal leads in terms of the number of leads out (six terminal leads are used for convenient external contactor contacts); There are two types of movement speed: ordinary type and fast type (among which the fast type is divided into three types: fast suction, fast release, and both fast suction and fast release); There are two types of input and output voltages: 220V AC voltage input, 99V DC voltage output, and 380V AC voltage input and 170V DC voltage output. The output current of this product can reach 2A, which basically meets the requirements of various DC electromagnetic brakes and DC electromagnetic clutches.

The ZLKS series rectifier power supply has small size, good sealing performance, and is suitable for YEJ motor standard working environment. It can be directly installed in the motor junction box; Equipped with input-output protection circuit, suitable for high-frequency operation of inductive devices such as brakes.

2、 Model and meaning:

Example: ZL-99-4 is a regular type, four terminal lead out type, with an output DC voltage of 99V rectifier power supply.
ZLKS1-170-6 is a fast release type, six terminal terminal terminal, with an output DC voltage of 170V rectifier power supply.

3、 Precautions for use:
1. Select a suitable rectifier power supply based on the DC voltage of the DC electromagnetic brake (clutch).
2. The AC input voltage must be consistent with the rectifier power supply. Connecting a 380V AC voltage to a 220V AC input voltage rectifier power supply will cause serious damage to the rectifier power supply, and vice versa will also prevent the rectifier power supply from working properly.
3. The allowable range for fluctuations in AC input voltage is between -15% and+5% of the rated value.
4. The wiring must be standardized, the joints must be firm and reliable, and the wire ends of the terminal posts must not have burrs. The exposed part must not exceed 2 millimeters, and the outer skin of the wire must not be inserted into the wiring hole; For lead out wire connections, the cross-sections of the two interconnected wires must not differ too much, and the joints must be wrapped with insulating tape. For damp environments, yellow tape must also be wrapped first.
5. ZL rectifier power supply is an electronic product, and it is not allowed to use a megohmmeter (shaker) or other high-voltage detection equipment to test its insulation condition.
