The DBZ series inverter DC resistance spot welding power supply adopts IGBT inverter technology, microcomputer control technology, and modern power electronics technology to develop a new type of power supply, which has the characteristics of high control accuracy, good welding process performance, energy saving and high efficiency. Specially suitable for spot welding of non-ferrous metal materials and alloys such as copper and aluminum, as well as high-quality welding of precision parts.  
1. DC output
DC welding machines improve welding thermal efficiency and are particularly suitable for welding non-ferrous metal materials and some rare welding materials. The welding process is stable and the welding quality is significantly improved.
2. Fast response speed
The power on time control cycle is less than 1ms, which is more than 20 times higher than the 20ms of a typical welding machine. Compared with a capacitor energy storage welding machine, the controllability is significantly enhanced, making it particularly suitable for welding precision parts and high-quality, high-precision, and high-speed welding.
3. Adopting microcomputer control to ensure process consistency, multiple sets of welding process parameters are stored, parameter adjustment and welding cycle panel are intuitively indicated, simplifying operation.  
4. Three phase load balancing (DBZ-400 and above models) with high power factor.
5. Energy saving, only one-third of the power consumption of AC welding machines.
