YJZGG/YJ series 64/110kV dry-type GIS terminal

Characteristics:
1. All insulation components are prefabricated in the factory, with metal shielding electrodes embedded inside the epoxy sleeve. The rubber stress cone is made of imported high-temperature vulcanized liquid silicone rubber (LSR) material, and the structural shape of the stress cone product is optimized.  
2. The structure of using a spring to compress the stress cone on the conical wall of the epoxy sleeve overcomes the drawbacks of elastic relaxation caused by material aging and poor contact between the stress cone and the outer semiconducting layer of the cable, ensuring long-term safe operation of the terminal.  
3. The terminal is a dry structure that does not require any insulation casting agent, so there is no problem of accelerating the aging of the stress cone due to immersion of the prefabricated stress cone in the insulation casting agent, which improves the service life of the stress cone and avoids leakage and other related phenomena during the operation of the terminal.  
4. It has the characteristics of light weight, small size, compact structure, and easy installation and maintenance
5. All performance indicators of the product fully comply with GB/T11017 and IEC60840
6. The conductor mating interface fully complies with IEC859-1999

Product Applicability:
This product is suitable for terminal connection of cross-linked polyethylene power cables with a rated voltage of 64/110kV and a nominal cross-sectional area of 240mm2-1600mm2. The plug-in GIS terminal is suitable for connecting power cables and high-voltage transformers, eliminating oil/oil sleeves or oil/gas sleeves, saving a lot of space. Among them, the 110kV short (470mm) plug-in GIS terminal is also suitable for matching with 110kV 757mm GIS equipment after installing (extending) output poles.
