HYS-630 is a specialized equipment for vertical extension of steel bars in construction sites. Its main body is a dedicated moving iron core AC arc welding power source and thyristor control system. The control system solidifies the program integrated circuit based on the time of processes such as arc, electric slag, and top pressure according to different diameters of steel bars, achieving unified adjustment and facilitating operation. The clock and multi-level frequency division of A/D conversion ensure the accuracy of welding time, as well as the compensation function for grid voltage fluctuations and the function of ignoring invalid time, making the welding quality reliable.
