The ZX7-M series inverter DC arc welding machine is an inverter welding rod arc welding machine that uses MOSFET field-effect power transistor as the switching element. Firstly, the 50Hz power frequency input voltage is rectified and filtered into a DC voltage, which is then converted into a high-frequency (100KHz) AC voltage through a power electronic switch. This AC voltage is then transformed into an AC voltage suitable for welding process requirements through a transformer, and finally rectified and filtered into a DC welding voltage. Control and regulate the output current through pulse width modulation (PWM) technology. Due to the use of switch power inverter technology, the weight and volume of the welding machine have been significantly reduced, efficiency has been improved, and energy consumption has been saved.

The ZX7-M series inverter DC arc welding machine is widely used for welding stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, copper, and other metals.
In this series of welding machines, the input power of ZX7-160M and ZX7-200M is single-phase 50Hz/220V, which is very suitable for high-altitude operations that require frequent movement and high welding quality requirements. The input power supply of ZX7-250M is three-phase 50Hz/380V.
