Main purpose and characteristics
The HF series ring welding machine adopts a motor reducer transmission, which drives the main shaft to rotate through a step belt and pulley (the main shaft has a three jaw chuck, and the other end uses a cylinder to push the top pin to achieve support positioning), thereby achieving the outer ring welding of the rotating workpiece. This machine has the advantages of compact structure, advanced technology, reliable quality, simple operation, low noise, and smooth workpiece rotation.
It drives the spindle to rotate through a motor reducer, synchronous belt, and pulley, thereby achieving welding of the outer ring of the workpiece. The reducer can achieve stepless speed regulation within a certain range, thus meeting the requirements of welding speed for different outer diameters. The spindle is equipped with a three jaw chuck, which clamps one end of the workpiece and positions and supports the other end through a tailstock. The tailstock is equipped with a cylinder, which can push the top to expand and contract, thereby achieving positioning and support for workpieces of different lengths. The walking car drives the welding gun lifting and adjusting mechanism to move back and forth on the walking beam through gears and racks, thereby achieving circumferential welding at different positions. The lifting and adjusting mechanism of the welding gun is equipped with a cylinder, which can push the welding gun up and down to meet the welding requirements of different pipe diameters. At the same time, the welding gun mechanism is equipped with a manual cross fine-tuning mechanism, which can achieve precise positioning of the welding gun.
