Product Introduction
Miniature circuit breakers are used for low-voltage electrical equipment to protect conductors, switches, and appliances, prevent overload and circuit breakers. They can meet various conditions related to electrical equipment, representing the best technical and economic solutions in various industries, and are widely used in industries such as industry, government facilities, high-tech public facilities, and home appliances. They are manufactured according to the current international standard (IEC60898) and are divided into 7 product series, covering a current range of 0.3A~125A and a voltage of 230/400V. They can also be classified according to their related accessories and auxiliary switches. They are installed on 35mm symmetrical guardrails that comply with EN50022 and DIN46277 standards using interlocking.
The Siemens 5S series miniature circuit breakers are mainly used for overload and short circuit protection of electrical equipment such as distribution lines, loads, and lighting.

Main functional features:

3. Adopting a fast arc extinguishing system, consisting of moving contact locking plate, arc guide plate, magnetic blowing metal plate, and metal arc extinguishing grid plate and other components. There are up to 13 metal grids in the arc extinguishing chamber that can quickly extinguish the arc, with an average short-circuit breaking time of only 3.7 ms
4. The energy limit level is higher than level 3 (the energy value is only 50% of level 3).
5. Selectively cooperate and protect well. It can form good selective protection with higher-level fuses, molded case circuit breakers and other products.
6. All circuit breakers can meet the standards of IEC898, with a breaking capacity of up to 10KA (if used in industrial IEC947-2 standards, up to 25KA)
7. There are four types of circuit breaker tripping characteristics: A, B, C, and D, with a rated current range of 0.3-125A. It can be applied to various different usage ranges.
The casing of the circuit breaker is made of thermosetting material, which has high heat resistance and impact strength, as well as high insulation strength.
9. The appearance of the circuit breaker is a standard modular structure, with a small volume and light weight; The installation components are made of metal sheets and springs, which can be securely clamped onto a 35mm standard guide rail.
