1. Scope of application
The BBM60L series residual current protection plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) has a rated insulation voltage of 800V and is suitable for infrequent switching and motor starting in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V, and rated working current up to 630A. Circuit breakers have overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection functions, which can protect lines and power equipment from damage. At the same time, they can also provide protection against long-term grounding faults that cannot be detected by overcurrent protection and may cause fire hazards.
Circuit breakers are classified into two types based on their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu): M-type (higher breaking type) and H-type (high breaking type). This circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking height, short arcing, and anti vibration.  

The BBM60L series plastic case circuit breaker with residual current protection can be installed vertically (i.e. vertically) or horizontally (i.e. horizontally).  
This circuit breaker cannot be reversed, that is, only 1, 3, and 5 are allowed to be connected to the power line, and 2, 4, and 6 are allowed to be connected to the load line.  
Circuit breakers are suitable for isolation and are represented by the symbol "".

2. The BBM60L series plastic case circuit breaker with residual current protection is suitable for working environments and installation conditions

The installation location is at an altitude of 2000m or below.  
The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃; And the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ℃ (except for special orders).  
The relative humidity of the air at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃; At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity, with the monthly average lowest temperature of the wettest month not exceeding+25 ℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of that month not exceeding 90%, taking into account the condensation on the surface of the product caused by temperature changes.  
The pollution level is level 3.  
The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is III, and the installation category of the auxiliary circuit and control circuit that are not connected to the main circuit is II
In a medium without explosive hazards, and where there are no gases or conductive dust that can corrode metals or damage insulation. In a place without rain or snow invasion.

3. Model and meaning



Note: The module without leakage alarm unit has no code; Equipped with a leakage alarm unit module and represented by I in working mode one and II in working mode two.  
Three pole products have no code, while four pole products are labeled as A, B, C, and D.  
The circuit breaker for power distribution has no code, and the circuit breaker for protecting motors is represented by 2.  
The handle can be operated directly without a code; Electric operation is represented by P; The operation of rotating the handle is represented by Z.  
Divided into three poles and four poles according to the number of poles of the product. There are four forms of neutral pole (N pole) in quadrupole products:
Type A: The N pole does not have an overcurrent release component installed, and the N pole is always connected and does not open or close together with other three poles;  
Type B: The N-pole does not have an overcurrent release component installed, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles; (N-pole first closes and then splits);  
Type C: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent release element, and the N-pole is connected and disconnected together with the other three poles; (N-pole first closes and then splits);  
D-type: The N-pole is equipped with an overcurrent disconnect component, and the N-pole is always connected without being connected or disconnected together with other three poles.

BBM60L-100 is classified as level 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100A;   
BBM60L-225 is classified into seven levels: 100, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, and 225A;   
BBM60L-400 is classified into five levels: 225, 250, 315, 350, and 400A;   
BBM60L-630 is rated at levels 400, 500, and 630A [with () not recommended specifications].  

According to the connection method, it can be divided into three types: front board wiring, back board wiring, and plug-in type.  
There are two types of overcurrent release devices: thermal electromagnetic (compound) type and electromagnetic (instantaneous) type.
