1 Purpose
The DJ-100Q system voltage relay is used in relay protection device circuits as an action component for overvoltage protection or low voltage lockout.
2. Structure and Operating Principles
2.1 The DJ-LOOQ series voltage relay adopts embedded installation, and the main body of the relay is a plug-in structure.
The main body of the DJ-100Q series voltage relay is identical to that of the DJ-100 series voltage relay.
2.3 Relay system electromagnetic instantaneous action, magnetic system has two coils, the coil head is connected to the terminal of the relay base and the bottom terminal of the housing with a special connecting piece, which can connect the coils in series or parallel, thus doubling the setting range of the relay.
The internal wiring diagram of the DJ-100Q series voltage relay is shown in Figure 1.
The appearance and installation dimensions of the DJ-100Q series voltage relay are shown in Figure 2.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Disconnecting capacity of contacts: When the voltage is below 220V and the current is not greater than 2A, it is 50W in DC circuits with inductive loads (time constant T not greater than 5 × 10-3S); 250VA (COS Φ=0.4) in AC circuits.
3.2 Action time: For overvoltage relays, the action time should not exceed 0.12s at 1.1 times the set value, and 0.04s at 2 times the set value. When the low voltage relay is at 0.5 times the set value, the action time shall not exceed 0.15 seconds.
3.3 Dielectric Strength: The insulation of the outer shell of the conductive part of the relay should withstand a test of AC 50Hz, voltage 2kV, and duration of 1min.
The weight of the relay is approximately 1.5kg.
The technical data of the DJ-100Q series voltage relay is listed in the table.
