1 Purpose
The DJ-100A/Q series voltage relay is a secondary voltage circuit rectifier type protection relay used in relay protection device circuits as an action element for low voltage lockout or overvoltage protection.
The DJ-100A/Q series is an improved product of the DJ-100 series voltage relay, which eliminates the jitter phenomenon that existed in the original voltage relay. Improved safety and reliability during use.
2. Structure and Operating Principles
2.1 Relay system electromagnetic instantaneous action, AC voltage resistance voltage reduction and rectification are applied to the two coils of the magnetic system. The wiring head is located on the terminal of the relay base, and a special connecting piece can be used to connect the coils in series or parallel, thus doubling the setting range of the relay.
2.2 As the relay is a rectifier type, it solves the bearing wear caused by the vibration of the movable system itself in the DJ-100 voltage relay.
2.3 The relay is embedded and the main body is a plug-in structure.

3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Contact opening capacity: When the voltage is ≤ 220V and the current is not greater than 2A, it is 50W in DC current with inductive load (time constant T is not greater than 5 × 10-3S); 250VA in AC circuit.
3.2 Action time: For overvoltage relays, the action time should not exceed 0.12s when the setting value is 1.1 times; 0.04s when the setting value is 2 times; and 0.15s when the setting value is 0.5 for low-voltage relays.
The insulation of the conductive part of the relay to the housing should withstand a test of AC 50Hz, voltage 2kY, for 1 minute.
3.4 The weight of the relay is approximately 1kg.
