The LM series plum blossom shaped elastic coupling mainly consists of two closely meshed convex teeth that bear radial compression to transmit torque. When there is relative displacement between the two axes, the elastic elements undergo corresponding elastic deformation, playing an automatic compensation role.
2. The plum blossom shaped elastic coupling is mainly suitable for working environments with frequent starting, forward and reverse rotation, medium high speed, medium torque, and high reliability requirements, such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pumps, fans, etc. The working environment temperature ranges from -35 ℃ to+80 ℃, with a nominal torque transmission of 25 to 12500Nm and an allowable speed of 1500 to 15300r/min.
Compared with other couplings, the plum blossom shaped elastic coupling has the following characteristics:
(1) Stable and reliable work, with good vibration reduction, buffering, and electrical insulation performance.
(2) Simple structure, small radial size, light weight, low moment of inertia, suitable for medium and high-speed applications.
(3) Has significant axial, radial, and angular compensation capabilities.
(4) High strength polyurethane elastic components are wear-resistant, oil resistant, have high load-bearing capacity, long service life, and are safe and reliable.
(5) Couplings do not require lubrication, require less maintenance, and can operate continuously for a long time.
