2 Characteristics
2.1 Fast action, with action times of 3.5-4ms, 5-5.5ms, and 7.5-8ms.
2.2 The contact action can be tested by moving the armature through the small hole on the relay cover.
2.3 Relays can self protect voltage starting current (up to three current holding windings).
Action principle of RXMS1 fast tripping relay
The RXMSl type fast tripping relay is an electromagnetic relay consisting of an electromagnetic system, a contact system, and a bracket. The suction plate is naturally installed on the fixed shaft pin of the magnetic yoke, with very flexible movement. The reaction force is achieved by the reaction force of the contact spring, which ensures reliable, fast, and low-power relay action. The dual contact principle is adopted for the contacts, which improves the contact reliability of the relay and reduces the contact resistance, thereby enhancing the on/off capability of the contacts. The relay housing adopts the imported Combiflex protruding modular insertion structure.
4 Technical data
4.1 Operating voltage:<70% rated voltage, holding current<80% rated current
4.2 Return voltage:>5% of rated voltage.
4.3 Action time
4.3.1 When the power consumption is 6.8W, the dynamic closing contact is less than 4ms and the dynamic breaking contact is less than 3.5ms; the dynamic closing contact is less than 8ms and the dynamic breaking contact is less than 7.5ms.
4.3.2 When the power consumption is 3.5W, the dynamic contact is less than 5.5ms and the dynamic contact is less than 5ms.
4.3.3 Holding type relay dynamic contact<8ms.
4.4 Contact points are allowed to pass 4A current for a long time.
4.5 Maximum breaking capacity of contacts: 3A at AC: 250V (power factor=0.4), 250VA.
