2 Characteristics
2.1 Small size, easy disassembly and assembly, and can be installed in situations where the position is tight and limited.
2.2 For industrial control and other control systems that require large capacity bistable contacts, multiple switching is required on the secondary side and tripping of current transformers.
2.3 The coil circuit series has cut-off contacts, eliminating continuous power consumption, thereby limiting heat accumulation and reducing the load on the control power supply.
2.4 There are two types of coil excitation: AC and DC.
3 Principles of Action
The DCS-10 (RXMVB2) series high-capacity locking relay is a bistable relay that relies on permanent magnet locking. This relay consists of three parts: magnetic system, contact system, and bracket. The magnetic system consists of two coils on the left and right, a permanent magnet in the middle column, and an iron core, forming a dual port magnetic circuit. When one of the two coils is energized, the magnetic field generated by the coil exerts a repulsive force on the permanent magnet, causing the armature to switch to the other side and be locked by the magnet, driving the contact to switch. The contact adopts bridge contact, with a large breaking capacity. The shell adopts the imported Combiflex protruding modular structure.
4 Technical data
4.1 Action value: DC<70% rated voltage, AC<80% rated voltage.
4.2 Action time: 30/25ms (contact closed/open).
4.3 Coil power consumption: DC 3.5W, AC 15VA.
4.4 Contact breaking capacity: AC, 250V, 10A (COS diameter>0.4), 1000VA; DC,250V,5A(L/R<40ms),100W。
4.5 Weight: 0.7kg (protruding), 2.5kg (embedded).
4.6 Insulation withstand voltage: 50Hz, 1min, 2kV.

4.8 The relay can withstand seismic waves with a moderate magnitude of 5-15Hz.
