Scope of application and performance characteristics of XL star shaped elastic coupling

The XL type star shaped elastic coupling is made of engineering plastic as the elastic element, suitable for connecting two coaxial transmission shaft systems. It has the functions of compensating for the relative offset of the two shafts, buffering, shock absorption, and wear resistance. It is widely applicable in various situations, with a transmission torque of 20-35000 N.M., a working temperature of -35-+80 degrees Celsius, and is interchangeable with the German ROTEX coupling.  

The XL star shaped elastic coupling uses engineering plastic as the elastic element, which is easy to disassemble and compensate for radial, angular, and axial deviations. Working temperature -40~+110 º C

The elastic body is limited by convex claw blocks, which can avoid internal deformation caused by impact and external deformation caused by centrifugal force. The large concave surface of the convex claw reduces the surface pressure on the involute teeth, and even if the teeth are subjected to overload, they will not wear or deform.  
There are two materials available: aluminum alloy and 45 # steel;  
Axial insertion installation. If radial installation is required, it can be made into a French style. Please inquire for details.
The connection forms include keyway connection, tightening screw connection, clamping connection, or a combination of two forms of connection.
