1、 Purpose and characteristics
The JSM series lightning arrester monitor is a device connected in series under the lightning arrester to record the number of lightning arrester actions and monitor the leakage current of the lightning arrester. Suitable for various types of zinc oxide lightning arresters with voltage levels of 500KV and below, using the same environmental conditions as the connected lightning arrester. The JSM series has made significant technological improvements, including the improvement of the leakage current warning device composed of light-emitting tubes, which is easy to observe at night. The counter is a digital counter or dual pointer counter, with clear counting indicators for easy observation. The leakage current indication is accurate, and the alarm, error prevention, and applicability are strong.
2、 Structure and performance
The JSM series lightning arrester monitor is mainly composed of heat-resistant glass shell, flange, sealing rubber gasket, bottom plate and nonlinear resistor, rectifier, capacitor, electromagnetic counter, current measurement circuit, electronic adjustment circuit, protection circuit, etc. The discharge of the lightning arrester is sampled by a nonlinear resistor, processed and indicated by an electromagnetic counter. The leakage of the lightning arrester is measured by a pointer ammeter through a current measurement circuit, with a measurement range of 0-5mA. When the leakage current approaches 2mA, the "alarm" indicator light changes from white to red and sends out an alarm indication.
The performance of the monitor complies with the JB/T 10492-2004 standard for lightning arrester monitors and the national GB 7676-1994 standard for pointer type electrical instruments.
