Product Introduction
The RCYA series pipeline permanent magnet iron remover consists of a stainless steel non-magnetic pipeline, a suspended permanent magnet (electromagnetic) iron remover, and a dedicated iron removal door. This product uses high-performance rare earth strong magnetic materials to form a composite magnetic system, which has the characteristics of strong magnetic field, strong suction force, iron removal, no energy consumption, easy use, and long service life. Suitable for iron removal in situations where there is no conveyor belt, there is a chute, and there is a cutting position on the chain plate machine. When the loose materials enter the non-magnetic pipeline and pass through the permanent magnet (electromagnetic) iron remover during work, if they are mixed with the loose materials, open the dedicated iron removal door and manually clean them. If the portal usage space is limited and does not require sealing (such as chain plate machine users), the suspension of the iron remover should be used for iron removal of granular and small block materials in industries such as cement, chemical, plastic, coal, refractory materials, building materials, and food.
