RCDA type air-cooled electromagnetic iron remover

The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
Special air duct design, axial flow fan forced air cooling, large air volume, high air pressure, making the coil heat up quickly, low temperature rise, and small difference in magnetic field between cold and hot states.
The coil is treated with special immersion paint insulation and curing technology, which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, improving the insulation performance of the whole machine and ensuring long-term continuous operation without aging.

Scope of application

Suitable for indoor environments with good environmental conditions, low dust, and for removing iron from any material in front of crushers and on conveyor belts. It provides reliable protection for machinery such as roller presses, crushers, and vertical mills.
