Product Introduction:
The RCDE series oil cooled electromagnetic iron remover adopts advanced international transformer technology from the 1990s, with transformer oil circulation cooling and a fully sealed structure. It has the characteristics of high magnetic force, dust prevention, rain resistance, corrosion resistance, and long continuous working service life

The excitation coil is specially designed with longitudinal and transverse oil passages, which greatly facilitates the transfer of heat to the transformer oil and effectively reduces the coil temperature.
The coil is treated with a special epoxy resin soaking and curing technology, which improves the insulation performance of the whole machine. It has a fully sealed structure, is dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant.
Ripple shaped heat dissipation fins significantly increase the heat dissipation area and effectively control temperature rise.
Can effectively absorb 0.1-35Kg of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials.

Scope of application

Used for removing iron from any material before the crusher and on the conveyor belt, it can be applied to various harsh environmental conditions.
