Note: The thickness of the silver plating layer is related to the silver content and can be selected according to user requirements. The continuity test of the coating shall not be conducted when the corresponding thickness is less than 1.2 μ m.
The base material is copper-clad steel wire, and its product quality and characteristics should comply with the requirements of ASTM B452, Class 40A (40% nominal conductivity, soft state, 0.04397 Ω mm2/m).
The thickness of the copper layer should not be less than 10% of the radius of the steel wire.
