The NC100H series miniature circuit breaker is made of plastic casing. The operating mechanism, contact arc extinguishing system, and tripping mechanism are composed of a special plastic shell with high flame retardancy and strength. The trip mechanism consists of two parts: a three metal overload reverse time trip mechanism and a short-circuit instantaneous electromagnetic mechanism. The contact arc extinguishing system adopts a special arc angle and aisle arc extinguishing chamber, and has significant current limiting characteristics. The arc moves from the contact to the arc angle and then to the arc extinguishing chamber within about 1ms, and extinguishes the arc within about 4ms.
