Scope of application:
The RCYP II series permanent magnet self discharger is used in conjunction with various belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, etc. It can be used to automatically remove 0.1-35Kg of ferromagnetic materials from motion and materials. Widely used in industries such as cement, thermal power, power generation, metallurgy, mining, chemical, glass, papermaking, coal, etc.

Technical features:
The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a perfect dual pole structure, high magnetic field strength, large gradient, and strong suction force.
High performance neodymium iron boron is used as a magnetic source, with a high magnetic energy product and is not easily demagnetized. The demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% after eight years.
The waist drum shaped drum structure has automatic correction function, fully sealed bearing seat, good sealing performance, and can adapt to various harsh environments.
The belt automatically unloads iron, ensuring long-term trouble free continuous operation.
Compact structure, suitable for situations where installation space is limited.
The control part can be interlocked with the belt conveyor to achieve both on-site manual control and centralized control.
