The GKK-W single-phase AC phase-shifting voltage regulation module is a voltage regulation module developed by our company for input control of the GJH300-MK series high-power solid-state relay. It can also be directly connected to high-capacity bidirectional thyristors or two-phase single-phase thyristors. When adjusting the input voltage of the module between 1-5VDC, the output terminal of the module generates a 0-180o pulse modulation signal synchronized with the grid voltage to control the output voltage of the power devices connected in series in the circuit.
GKK-W single-phase AC phase-shifting voltage regulation module pin function:
name | function |
220VAC | 220V power supply |
G | Output (bidirectional thyristor control electrode) |
A | Output (bidirectional thyristor anode) |
+5V | Reference (for manual power supply) |
1~5V | Control signal input |
COM | Control signal negative terminal |
Application circuit:

In the application circuit: potentiometer 10K, if the automatic input is 4-20mA, please add a 250 Ω resistor before input.

3. Module volume: 106mm * 75mm * 33mm.
4. Attention: In the case where the high-power thyristor control electrode is damaged and not triggered to conduct, if the triggering module still has control voltage, the current of the power grid will be input from terminal A, then from terminal G to the load, and the majority of the power grid voltage will drop between terminals A and G. The heat generated by this voltage and current will burn out the internal components of terminals A and G within a few seconds.
Suggestion: Adding a 0.1A fuse to the A and G circuits can protect the above situation (especially during debugging to protect the voltage regulation module). This module generates very little heat and generally does not require additional heat dissipation.
