I. Overview
The CT37 spring operated mechanism can be used to operate ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers and other outdoor or indoor vacuum circuit breakers with equivalent closing power. Its performance meets the requirements of GB1984 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers" and the "Technical Conditions" of this product. Among them, CT37-S is a manual operating mechanism, and CT37-D is an electric operating mechanism. The manual operating mechanism has functions such as manual energy storage, manual opening and closing, and overcurrent protection. The electric operating mechanism has functions such as electric motor or manual energy storage, electric or manual switching, and overcurrent protection. The controller configured for overcurrent protection has surge, delay, and quick break protection functions.
2、 Usage conditions
The CT37 spring operated mechanism is used under the following conditions:
1. The upper limit of ambient air humidity is+65 ℃, and the lower limit is -40 ℃.
2. Altitude not exceeding 2000m; wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
3. The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average should not exceed 90% (+25 ℃). The daily average steam pressure shall not exceed 2.2 × 103MPa, and the monthly average shall not exceed 1.8 × 103MPa.
4. Places without frequent and severe vibrations.

4、 Installation and Debugging of CT37 Spring Operating Mechanism
1. The size of the installation holes for the mechanism is shown in Figure 10, and the mechanism is installed on the short-circuit device with 4 small hexagonal bolts.
2. After the installation of the mechanism and short-circuit device, the following adjustments must be made:
a. The opening position of the mechanism should ensure that there is a gap of no less than 2mm between the roller of the output crank arm and the cam after energy storage;
b. The contact opening and closing of the auxiliary switch should be reliably switched;
c. Reliable operation of manual opening and closing device;
d. The operating parameters of the opening, closing, and overcurrent release should meet the requirements.
