I. Overview
CTM1 type spring operated mechanism is used as a quick opening and closing operating device for ZF-126 series or ZF1-252 and isolation switches, grounding switches or load switches with equivalent required torque.
2、 Principle
This institution utilizes the principle of spring symmetry passing through the center, and through the forward and reverse rotation function of the motor, the mechanism compresses the spring to achieve rapid opening and closing. The institution has both manual and electric operation functions.
3、 Working conditions
1. Surrounding air temperature: lower limit -30 ℃, upper limit+40 ℃;
2. Altitude not exceeding 3000m;
3. Pollution level: Level III;
4. Shell protection level: IP54;
5. The wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to a wind speed of 34m/s);
6. No fire or explosion hazards, severe pollution, no corrosive gases, and no severe vibration situations.
