The QCQ magnetic control soft start device is a magnetic saturation reactor connected in series in the stator circuit of the motor. Through closed-loop control, the magnitude of the DC current in the reactor control winding is adjusted to change the magnetic permeability of the reactor core, thereby changing the impedance of the primary winding. The impedance of the reactor automatically decreases infinitely from large to small within a predetermined time, and the motor terminal voltage gradually rises to full voltage, achieving soft start of the motor.

Performance characteristics of QCQ series magnetic control soft starting device:
1. Good controllability, the impedance can be reduced to 2% of the initial impedance.
2. The starting current is small, and it can be adjusted between 1.5le and 3.5le. There is no secondary surge impact during the starting process.
3. Three types of starting curves can be selected: constant current, ramp, and jump to meet the requirements of different operating conditions.
4. A friendly human-machine interface, with startup parameters that can be set, viewed, and adjusted.
5. Good repeatability in starting, and the starting performance is not affected by environmental temperature.
