The QGQ series intelligent solid-state soft start device is a new type of starter designed for various 500KW and below low-voltage squirrel cage motors. It adopts advanced thyristor control technology and can control the starting current of the motor at the first set value according to the motor power and load conditions, achieving soft start of the motor. Scope of application

Water pump: By utilizing the pump control function, the phenomenon of water hammer caused by liquid flow impact during starting and stopping is reduced, saving system maintenance costs;

working principle
The QGQ series cage motor solid-state soft starter collects current and voltage signals from the stator circuit of the motor, and controls the conduction state of three bidirectional thyristors through special transformation processing, thereby controlling the starting current and input power of the motor during operation, achieving the functions of automatic tracking of motor load changes and automatic adjustment of input power, and achieving the goal of soft starting and economic operation of the motor.
Adopting dual microcontroller full digital control, it can comprehensively display the working status of the motor;
Has strong anti-interference ability, which can ensure the reliable operation of the control system in complex industrial environments with strong interference;
It has three starting modes: constant current starting, voltage ramp starting, and pulse jump starting, suitable for various types of loads;
It has two parking methods: free parking and soft parking. The soft parking feature can meet the mechanical needs in different situations, and the soft parking time can be adjusted;
