Model meaning

The model of this soft starter is set with reference to asynchronous motors such as Y and YZ, and the typical current value corresponds to the Y series 4-pole motor.
Structure and Function
The composition of SRMR5 intelligent soft starter is shown in Figure 1. The main circuit is composed of directly anti parallel thyristors (or thyristor modules), and the transformer detects the motor current. The control circuit uses a microcontroller as the control core, and parameter settings and status display are completed using buttons and digital tubes. The structure is advanced, novel, simple, easy to operate, and practical.
In addition, it is equipped with relatively complete control input terminals and status output terminals: the R, S, and T input terminals are connected to a 3-phase AC380V power supply, and the output terminals U, V, and W are connected to the motor. The A angle of the thyristor is controlled to linearly increase the voltage output from the thyristor to the motor to the rated value, that is, the so-called slope to the top. The motor accelerates to the rated speed, completes soft start, and sends a bypass signal to make the bypass contactor close and switch to bypass operation, while fault detection still protects the motor.
