The CJT1 series AC contactor is mainly suitable for use in power systems with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated operating voltage up to 3800V, and current ranging from 10A to 160A for remote connection and disconnection of lines. It is combined with appropriate thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form a motor starter to protect against possible electrical overload.

CJT1 series AC contactor
1 Scope of application
The CJT1 series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly used in power lines with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage up to 380V, and current up to 150A for long-distance connection and disconnection of lines. It can be combined with appropriate thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form a motor starter to protect circuits that may experience overload.
This product complies with IEC60974-4-1, GB14048.4, and JB/T8730 standards and is a substitute for CJ10 series contactors.
2 Models and Their Meanings


Under normal working conditions and installation conditions
3.1 When the ambient air temperature is between -5 and+40 degrees Celsius, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%; The average value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35;
3.2 Altitude: not exceeding 2000m
3.3 Atmospheric conditions: At+40, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity, with the monthly average lowest temperature of the wettest month not exceeding+25, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity level of that month not exceeding 90%, taking into account condensation that may occur on the product due to temperature changes;

3.6 Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed 5 degrees;

6 Structural Features
The structure and installation dimensions of this contactor are the same as those of CJ10. The arc extinguishing cover is composed of an arc resistant cover and iron grating plates, CJT1-60、 The base of 100 and 150 is made of reinforced plastic.
