1. Application scope
The JY-40 series voltage relay (abbreviated as F relay) is used in relay protection devices for generators, transformers, and transmission lines as a starting element for overvoltage protection or low-voltage lockout. This product is composed of integrated circuits. Has extremely high accuracy and return coefficient. And it has low power consumption and a wide setting range. When used as a low-voltage relay, there is no vibration, contact adhesion, or off-axis phenomenon. This relay adopts a digital dip switch for setting, which is intuitive and convenient, and has a high anti-interference ability and reliability. The product is divided into three series of relay housings: JY-40A, JY-40B, and JY-40C, which are the same as the DJ-100 series, DY-20C, and DY-30 series electromagnetic voltage relays, and fully consider the corresponding relationship of terminal wiring. Therefore, it is convenient to replace the already running DJ and DY series voltage relays.

Return coefficient: overvoltage relay, U return coefficient ≥ 0.9 (can be selected between 0.85-1 according to user requirements); Low voltage relay return coefficient ≤ 1.15 (can be selected between 1.2-1 according to user requirements).   
Action time: The action time of overvoltage relay at 1.1 times the measured action value is ≤ 40ms; the action time of low-voltage relay at 0.5 times the measured action value is<40ms
Power consumption: The power consumption of the AC circuit is not high at 0.5VA (at a rated voltage of 100V); the power consumption of the DC circuit is not greater than 4W
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load with a voltage not exceeding 250V, a current not exceeding 5A, and a time constant of 5+0.75ms, the output contact of the product has a breaking capacity of 50W. The output contact can reliably operate and return 5 x 104 times under the specified load conditions. The long-term allowable current for the output contact is 5A
Dielectric strength: When the conductive terminals of the product are connected together, it can withstand a 2000V (effective value) 50Hz AC voltage for 1 minute without insulation breakdown or flashover between exposed non charged metal parts or shells.
