The GCQ-1 type bearing inner sleeve dismantling dual-purpose induction heater, also known as the bearing heater, is used for the installation and dismantling of inner sleeves and labyrinth rings in four row and double row short cylindrical roller bearings.
working principle
The GCQ-1 bearing heater utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction heating to uniformly heat the bearing inner sleeve and labyrinth ring from the surface to the inside, causing thermal expansion of the bearing inner sleeve and labyrinth ring in an instant. When the expansion of the inner hole exceeds the interference fit assembly of the shaft diameter, the bearing inner sleeve and labyrinth ring can be smoothly removed or installed.
Structural characteristics
The GCQ-1 bearing heater consists of an induction heater and a control box.
1. Induction heaters are mainly composed of electromagnetic coils and epoxy board shells. The top of the shell is equipped with multiple ventilation holes, and the bottom is hollow. The main function is to use an exhaust fan to blow air from the bottom of the induction heater when the electromagnetic coil generates heat and heats up after continuous operation, thereby forcibly cooling the sensor and extending its service life. The induction heater adopts a portable (hand-held) type, with two (square) handles (holes) on both sides of its housing.
2. The control box mainly controls the timing and heating temperature of the installation and removal of the sensor bearing inner sleeve. The control method adopts time control, and the heater stops heating when the time is up. In addition, the control system is equipped with power capacitors to improve the power factor of the sensors and achieve instantaneous demagnetization (2 seconds).
