4、 ELD series microcomputer bearing heater (induction heater) operating program
1: Connect the power according to the requirements, and the host will automatically detect the probe and ambient temperature, and display the ambient temperature at the same time.
2: Press the function button to select temperature or time control. If you need to adjust the temperature or time, press the up or down button to select the appropriate parameters (when selecting temperature control, the magnetic probe is strangely attached to the outer side of the bearing inner ring, and the maximum heating temperature of the bearing should not exceed 120 ℃)
3: Press the start button, and the host will start heating the workpiece. At the set time, the host will automatically stop heating and demagnetize the workpiece. During temperature control, when the set temperature is reached, the workpiece is in a constant temperature state. When it needs to be installed, simply press the stop button.
4: Remove the workpiece to install.
5: Heating the same workpiece, please use time control and automatically remember the time required for the last heating.
5、 Attention to ELD series microcomputer bearing heater (induction heater): The machine automatically detects the probe. If there is no probe, it cannot be started;
