I. Purpose
The ZJ20 series bearing heater is mainly used to heat various types of metal parts such as bearings, gears, couplings, railway locomotive wheel cores, and wheel rims, causing them to expand to meet the needs of interference fit assembly or disassembly.
2、 Product model and its significance

The main technical parameters of ZJ20X series bearing heater are shown in Table 1 and the specifications of the yoke are shown in Table 2.

3、 Advantages
Many bearings are damaged during installation, and improper heating methods are one of the important reasons. If welding tools are used for heating, it will cause deformation of the bearings; Using furnace heating, uneven heating on both sides of the bearing; Using oil bath heating can cause bearing contamination and increased noise due to unclean oil quality; Using an oven for heating is too time-consuming. As for tapping installation, bearings are more susceptible to damage.

4、 Structure and Working Principle
The ZJ20 series bearing heater consists of a dry self cooling power frequency induction heating device (hereinafter referred to as the host) and control equipment. ZJ20X and ZJ20T are mobile structures, while others are fixed structures.
5、 Working principle
1. The short-circuit heating host is a transformer with a special structure, and the movable yoke is used to directly pass through bearings or other heated workpieces. When working, the main power supply is turned on, and a short-circuit current is induced in the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) and heated.
2. Eddy current heating forms a closed magnetic circuit between the heated workpiece and the iron core of the host. During operation, eddy currents are generated in the workpiece through the magnetic field lines of the host and quickly heated.
Installation and debugging
1. Place the yoke on the end face of the host iron core.
2. Check if the wiring between the plug and socket is consistent, the grounding should be good, and then plug the plug into a power socket with a control switch.
3. Turn the function selection switch to the manual control position, turn on the power, and the red indicator light will turn on.
4. Press the start button to power on the host. At this point, the green indicator light will turn on and the red light will turn off; Press the stop button, the red light will turn on and the green light will turn off. At this point, debugging is complete and it can be put into use.
Operating procedures
1. According to the inner diameter of the bearing, select the corresponding yoke (see Table 2), and place the yoke of the series bearing on the end face of the main engine iron core, which should be flush and aligned.
2. During the heating process, use a temperature gauge to measure the temperature rise at the inner ring end plane of the bearing. When the temperature rise meets the requirements, check the time count accurately, stop heating, remove the yoke, and take off the bearing to assemble.
3. Continuously heat bearings of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power when the bearings are heated to the set time.
4. After completing the work, turn the function selection switch to the stop position and the cut-off position.
