Application and Scope of ZQ-4-2/3.5KW DC Traction Motor

1. Used as the main traction motor for CJY1.5 mining overhead electric locomotive
2. Suitable for environments with an altitude not exceeding 1200mm and a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius, capable of working in dusty, humid, and non explosive air with vibrations and frequent start-up conditions.

Product support form and structure
This motor is a fully enclosed self cooling type, with B-grade insulation and 4 poles. The motor seat is made of cast steel, and there is a window hole on the top of the transmission end for observing and cleaning the commutator, replacing the electric brush, inspecting the window cover and machine base using felt pads, and then firmly sealing with bolts. The end cover is cast with cast steel and contains bearings inside.
The transmission end bearing adopts a bearing sleeve, while the non transmission end bearing is directly installed into the end cover bearing chamber, with 207 bearings used at both ends. The motor commutator is arch shaped, compressed with conical pressure rings and sleeves, then secured with nuts and fixed on the shaft with light pressure fit. The armature core is stacked with 0.5-thick D21 silicon steel plate laminations and pressed with ring keys and shaft steps through pressure rings The armature coil is a single wave type, made of 1.56 * 2.83 SBECB double glass wrapped wire. There are 4 main poles inside the machine base, without reversing poles. The main pole iron core is made of 0.5-thick D21 silicon steel plate laminations laminated and riveted with rivets. The coil is wound with 2.26 * 6.9 SBECB double glass wrapped wire The motor uses a rotating brush holder for replacing brushes and adjusting brush positions. There are 4 brush holders on the brush holder, each with a 10 * 25 * 40 D252 brush The lead wire of the motor is connected to the armature system through the electric brush and carbon brush holder, and then connected to the terminal block of the outlet box on the end cover, and then connected to the external power supply that is firmly clamped by the outlet box through a rubber sleeve. The main pole coil system is directly connected to the four insulated terminals on the output boards on both sides of the window, and then connected to the power cable that passes through the machine base wall, passes through rubber gaskets, sealing gaskets, and is fastened with threaded sleeves.
