Structural Overview
The motor is an explosion-proof fully enclosed self cooling type, which relies on the motor housing for cooling. The machine base is formed by processing cast steel parts, and the end cover is made of steel plate lathe. There is an inspection window and an outlet box above the machine base. Through the inspection window, the working condition of the commutator and electric brush can be checked and the electric brush can be replaced; There are two terminal posts inside the outlet box, and external cables are introduced through a terminal port on the outlet box.
The electric motor has four main poles, and the interface between the main pole iron core and the casing is a flameproof surface.
The electric motor adopts four brush holders, each of which is equipped with a tail electric brush. The brush holder is fixed on a rotatable plastic brush holder to adjust its neutral position. The brush holder is compressed by a constant force spring.
