The SRMRE1 series electronic overload relay (hereinafter referred to as the relay) is suitable for overload and phase failure protection of three-phase AC motors that operate for a long time or intermittently for a long time with AC 50Hz/60Hz, voltage up to 690V, and current of 0.5-630A.
This relay has functions such as overload and phase failure protection, action indication, and reset. The product complies with standards such as GB14048.6, GB14048.5, IEC60947-5-1, etc. The use of IC components for sampling and processing electrical signals has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation, and protection accuracy.
This relay adopts an independent installation method and can cooperate with any type of contactor with a set current range.

Normal working and installation conditions

1. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m
2. The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃. The average value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
3. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m

Atmospheric conditions: At+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%; At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity, with an average minimum temperature of no more than+25 ℃ in the wettest month and an average maximum relative humidity of no more than 90% in that month, taking into account condensation that may occur on the product due to temperature changes;
5. Installation conditions: The inclination between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed 5 °;
6. In non explosive hazardous media, where there are no gases or conductive dust present that can corrode metals or damage insulation.

structural characteristics

1. This product uses a transformer to sample the working current of the main circuit, and at the same time uses electronic circuit signal amplification processing to drive the contact output mechanism.
2. Equipped with a continuously adjustable current setting device.
3. Three action indicator lights; Indicate normal, overload delay, overload action, phase failure delay, and phase failure action respectively.
4. It has a manual reset button.
5. It has electrically separable movable and movable breaking contacts or non separable movable and movable breaking contacts (SRMRE1-160).
The main circuits of SRMRE1-160 and SRMRE1-630 adopt a through core wiring method.
