1、 Purpose and Function
The DDZ1 series single-chip electrified electromagnetic brake is used in various mechanical transmission systems to achieve rapid braking, holding, positioning, and high-frequency operation.
The brake is composed of a magnetic yoke, coil, friction plate, armature, connection, etc. When the coil is energized, it generates magnetic flux to attract the armature, thereby generating torque to achieve the purpose of braking.

2、 Instructions for use
The DDZ1 series single piece electrified electromagnetic brake belongs to the dry type and must operate in an oil-free state; The accuracy of the shaft hole and shaft that cooperate with the brake is H8/h7; The main and driven parts of the brake must be fixed without axial movement, and coaxiality and working air gap δ should be ensured
