The SZ series cone twin-screw extruder reducer is a hard tooth transmission device produced according to JB/T9050.1-1999 standard, consisting of a reducer and a distribution box. It is a specialized product for conical twin-screw extruders. The product features are:
1. The gears of the reducer are made of high-strength alloy carburizing steel, which has been carburized, quenched, and ground with a precision of level 6. High tooth strength and low transmission noise.
2. The small bevel angle helical gear of the distribution box is made of 38GrMoAl material and undergoes nitriding treatment after CNC gear hobbing, with high precision and hardness.
3. The design adopts ductile iron casing and high-strength thrust self-aligning roller bearings, which have reliable performance and can withstand large axial thrust.
4. The reducer and distribution box are both equipped with cooling devices for safe operation.
