I. Overview
The GZK series is a fully automatic intelligent passive power compensation controller with no current control. The core part adopts a single-chip microcomputer. Due to the full utilization of the computing power and logical judgment ability of computers, the controller has outstanding features of automatic adaptation and automatic optimization. Various sensitivity parameters can be automatically adjusted and determined within the optimal range based on real-time on-site conditions, demonstrating strong on-site adaptability.
The GZK series has also been fully considered for the convenience of users' installation, use, and on-site maintenance. The digital power factor meter displays real-time factor values, LED signal lights indicate various working states, test function switches are set, and there are no restrictions on the connection between the two ends of the signal line. In short, users can immediately and effectively operate the controller without any on-site debugging after simple wiring.
The GZK series adopts various anti-interference measures and a fully enclosed dust-proof structure, which has the characteristics of small size, strong reliability, beauty and practicality. A capacitor compensation screen that can automatically adapt to various parameters. By coordinating with compensation, it plays a positive role in reducing line losses, improving the voltage quality of users, enhancing the transmission capacity of the power grid, and reducing electricity costs.
2、 Working principle
The input signal is transmitted to the amplification and shaping circuit through a signal transformer, and undergoes A/D conversion after preprocessing. Various sampling quantities are sent to the computer for comprehensive processing and recording, and then control and display commands are issued based on the processing results. Further track and detect the control variables, calculate and analyze the effectiveness of the control, readjust various working parameters suitable for the current situation, and make the next control response. The purpose of compensating reactive power is achieved through continuous sampling, calculation, analysis, recording, and control cycles. (See Figure 1)

The installation of GZK-870 adopts an embedded shell structure, with external dimensions of 170 × 110 × 150mm and structural installation opening dimensions (width × height) of 162 × 102mm. There are installation holes on the side, and the hooks for fastening accessories are inserted into the holes. The controller is fixed on the screen (see Figure 2) and wired (see Figure 3) by turning the screws on the accessories
