1、简介（Applications）

DZD1系列系通电工作单摩擦付型制动器，摩擦付为无石棉复合材料/钢。产品结构简单，制动延迟时间短，制动力矩大。适用于机械传动系统中需要制动或定位要求的场合。如精密机床、印刷机械、包装机械、试验设备及办公机械等传动系统中的制动及定位。

4、安装：Installation
安装注意事项 Warning
摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁；
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
安装制动器必须保证同轴度不大于0.1mm；
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
与制动器配合的轴孔与轴精密度为H8/h7 
制动器主、从动侧需固定，不允许有轴向窜动，同时必须保证工作气隙“δ”
Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
