4. Installation diagram: Example for uninstallation
Installation precautions: Warning
The friction plate and armature surface must be free of oil stains and must be kept clean;
Friction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
The installation of the clutch must ensure that the coaxiality is not greater than 0.1mm;
The coaxial degree should not exceed 0.1mm.
The shaft hole and shaft precision that cooperate with the clutch are H8/h7
The master and slave sides of the clutch must be fixed, and there must be no axial movement. At the same time, the working air gap "δ" must be ensured
Not allowed to move on axial direction. Airgap should be kept in “δ”.
