The DZJ series electromagnetic brake is a dry single-chip electrified brake that eliminates the impact of axial movement of the motor on the high air gap requirements of the brake. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and is not affected by the installation angle.
The brake is composed of a magnetic yoke, excitation coil, spring, gear sleeve, armature, coupling, and quick stop. When the brake is powered on, it generates magnetic flux, which attracts the armature and drives it to move on the gear, causing the armature to come into contact with the friction plate and generate frictional force,
Generate braking torque to achieve rapid braking; When the power is cut off, the magnetic flux disappears, and the armature resets under the action of the spring force, releasing the braking state.
