SKD80 hydraulic disc brake

The disc brake SKD35-50-65-80 consists of two completely symmetrical parts. Each side of the brake is designed with two guide pins, which can effectively transmit the tangential braking force received from the friction plate to the brake body and mounting bracket, ensuring that the brake piston part is not affected by any radial force and greatly extending the overall reliability and service life of the brake. When the loading pressure is released, the two reset springs in each symmetrical part of the brake release the friction plate from the brake disc and reset it. The wear of friction plates can be automatically compensated by increasing the piston stroke. The SKD series working brake requires brake discs of standard thickness, while non-standard thickness can be achieved by selecting the corresponding gasket.
