Scope of application
The HR3 series fuse type knife switch is divided into two types according to its current: AC (50Hz) and DC; According to the rated current level, it is divided into four levels: 100, 200, 400, and 600. According to its operating mode, it is divided into four types: front side lever transmission mechanism, front central lever transmission mechanism, side operating handle, and non panel front side lever transmission mechanism; According to its maintenance direction, it can be divided into two types: front screen maintenance and rear screen maintenance.
This series of knife switches complies with the GB14048.3 standard.
Model and its meaning

Main technical parameters of HR3 series fuse type knife switch

structural characteristics
The fuse type knife switch is a combination of RTO filler fuses and knife switches, which has the basic performance of RTO filler fuses and knife switches. In the case of normal power supply in the circuit, the knife switch is responsible for turning on and off the power supply. When the circuit or electrical equipment is overloaded or short circuited, the melt developed by the fuse type knife burns out, promptly cutting off the fault current. The fuse type knife switch for pre operation and pre maintenance has a central door for maintenance and replacement of fuses, mainly for installation on BDL distribution panels. The fuse type knife switch for pre operation and post maintenance mainly provides installation on the BSL distribution panel. The fuse type knife switch for maintenance before side operation can be made into a closed power distribution box.
Current fuse type knife switches with rated current of 600 amperes or less are equipped with safety barriers and arc extinguishing chambers. The arc extinguishing chamber is made by riveting phenolic cloth board and steel plate stamping parts.
The fuse of the fuse type knife switch is fixed on an insulated crossbeam with a spring and a lock plate. During normal operation, the fuse is ensured not to trip. When the fuse is blown due to a circuit fault, simply press the lock plate to easily replace the fuse.
