The DSB-D series surge protectors (B-class, C-class, D-class power lightning protection boxes) are lightning protection equipment used in low-voltage power grids. Mainly installed at various low-voltage distribution boxes indoors. When the indoor power grid experiences lightning induced overvoltage (conducted wave) or operational overvoltage, the lightning protection box can quickly release energy into the ground, limiting the overvoltage impact on the power grid to a certain peak value to protect electrical equipment from lightning strikes and operational overvoltage impacts. The most basic function of a lightning protection box is to absorb lightning strikes and surge overvoltages. Therefore, the surge protector in the lightning protection box should be selected according to the requirements of different installation locations and limited voltage levels. The surge protector in the lightning protection box has a failure indicator device, with green indicating normal and red indicating failure.

Technical parameters
Product wiring diagram
1. The lightning protection box should have a good and independent grounding system, and the grounding resistance should be less than 10 Ω. And it cannot be replaced by water pipes, gas pipes, sewage pipes, etc.
2. The grounding wire shall not be less than 4mm2, and the distance from the grounding wire to the equipotential body shall be less than 0.5 meters.
When the rated current of the main circuit breaker (fuse) of the front-end distribution box of the lightning protection box is greater than 100A, a lightning protection box with a fuse should be selected.
