Product Overview
WJB+is a motor protection and control device developed based on microprocessor technology with advanced fieldbus interfaces. The protection and control functions of the motor are executed by the microprocessor, which completes the statistics of the number of motor operations, self diagnosis, and communication with the upper computer. WJB+provides complete protection for motors, avoiding production accidents caused by motor overload, overheating, locked rotor, undervoltage, light load, phase failure, three-phase imbalance, grounding and other possible faults, and maximizing the effectiveness and safety of equipment operation. WJB+adopts RS485 communication interface design, ensuring fast and reliable communication with the upper computer, PLC, DCS, and can quickly respond to real-time query requirements of the upper host and perform corresponding operations. Fieldbus function
WJB+has RS-485 remote communication interface, supports MODBUS-RTU, bus protocol, and is convenient for forming network systems with PLC, DCS, and backend machines. Real time control, monitoring of operational status parameters, and historical data queries of on-site equipment are carried out through the backend machine. WJB+greatly facilitates the development of motor maintenance plans and reduces equipment maintenance costs by monitoring and recording the operating status and causes of faults of motors.
