The WY2851A Q-meter is a universal, multi-purpose, and multi range high-frequency impedance measuring instrument. This machine is a replacement product for the old QBG-3 high-frequency Q-meter. By using a stable amplitude digital signal source and a broadband low impedance injection transformer, the tuning indication is stable and the frequency response error is small. Reasonable testing circuit design to reduce residual values. By adopting technologies such as automatic positioning and Q-value pre setting, as well as adding fast tuning and comfortable hand feel, the sorting and testing speed of the production line has been greatly increased. This instrument has a novel appearance, small size (about half of QBG-3), and light weight.

WY2851A is an improved version of WY2851. Due to the reduction of residual parameters in the test circuit, the Q value measurement at test frequencies above 25MHz reduces the Q value correction factor for standard coils. Suitable for testing the Q value of micro inductors.
