The product performance meets the requirements of GB1984-89 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker" standard and product technical specifications. The CT14G spring operating mechanism has both electric energy storage and manual energy storage modes; There are two operation modes for closing: closing electromagnet and manual button; There are three operation modes for opening: opening electromagnet, manual button, and overcurrent trip electromagnet. The CT14G spring operating mechanism adopts a clamp plate structure, which absorbs the advantages of similar advanced products at home and abroad, and overcomes the shortcomings of current similar products by combining with the actual situation of LW8 circuit breaker, and is designed with a novel concept. The mechanism adopts a rear top corner output, which drives the circuit breaker to pull down when the mechanism is closed, achieving the goal of saving closing power. At the same time, this institution also has the advantages of smooth operation, compact structure, light weight, small size, low noise, and long service life. The power of the energy storage motor in the mechanism shall not exceed 30W. The current of the "open" and "close" brake coils in the mechanism shall not exceed 2A.
The mechanism adopts a 500mm operating handle with a maximum operating force not exceeding 250N. The closing power of the mechanism is 1000-1100 joules.
