2、 Working principle and installation maintenance
This series of electromagnetic power-off safety brakes mainly consists of excitation parts (yoke 1, coil 2, spring 3, armature 4), brake disc 7, spline sleeve 8 and other main components. Rotate bolt 6 to adjust the air gap to the recommended initial installation air gap value δ (see the installation size parameter table), and then reverse rotate hollow bolt 5 to tighten the excitation part. 5、 Usage conditions
The brake can operate continuously and reliably under the following conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
2. The ambient operating temperature ranges from -15 ° C to+40 ° C.
3. The average highest relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average lowest temperature in that month is not higher than 25 ° C.
4. There is no gas or dust in the surrounding medium that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
5. The working voltage fluctuation of the coil shall not exceed+5% to -15% of the rated working voltage.
6. Friction pairs must not contaminate oily substances.

6、 Precautions
