I. Purpose
The HLB series (manual hydraulic jack), also known as the separated hydraulic jack, adopts a new architecture and high-quality materials, with the characteristics of new structure, long service life, and easy maintenance. It is an upgraded and replaced product of ordinary jacks, widely used in power maintenance, bridge repair, heavy lifting, static column pressing, foundation settlement, bridge and ship construction, especially in highway and railway construction, mechanical calibration, equipment disassembly and other aspects. Single acting, spring retraction, chrome plated plunger, groove plunger surface without saddle, smaller volume, compact flat design for use in situations where other hydraulic cylinders are not suitable, especially in narrow spatial positions, and has the characteristics of lightweight, flexibility, and high top force.

3、 Usage method
The HLB series (manual hydraulic jack) is also known as a detachable hydraulic jack.
1. Before use, it is necessary to check if all parts are functioning properly.
2. When using, the main parameters should be strictly followed, and overloading should be avoided. Otherwise, when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the regulations, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the oil cylinder.
3. When the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to first add N33 # hydraulic oil that has been thoroughly filtered to the pump before it can work.
4. Please refer to the user manual for the electric pump.
5. The center of gravity of heavy objects should be chosen moderately, and the force point of the jack should be reasonably selected. The bottom should be leveled, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered. Whether to pad with tough wood and place it steadily should be ensured to avoid sinking or tilting of the load.
6. After lifting the heavy object with a jack, it should be firmly supported with a support in a timely manner. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please use CLL self-locking jack.
7. When several jacks are needed to lift at the same time, in addition to correctly placing the jacks, multiple diversion valves should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced, paying attention to maintaining synchronous lifting speed. It is also necessary to consider the possibility of the ground sinking due to uneven weight, in order to prevent dangerous tilting of the lifted object.
8. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. To lower the piston rod, slightly loosen the handwheel of the manual oil pump in a counterclockwise direction, unload the oil cylinder, and gradually lower the piston rod. Otherwise, if the descent speed is too fast, it will pose a danger.
9. This jack is a spring reset structure that can be quickly removed after lifting, but cannot be pulled by a connected hose.
10. Due to the small lifting stroke of the jack, users must not exceed the rated stroke when using it to avoid damaging the jack.
11. Avoid severe vibration of the jack during use.
12. Not suitable for use in workplaces with acidic, alkaline, and corrosive gases.

4、 Precautions for separated hydraulic jacks
1. If there is a phenomenon of empty tapping during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body vertically and tap downwards a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and continue to use.
2. When using, do not add unbalanced or overloaded loads to avoid dangerous damage to the jack. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the components.
3. This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is necessary to maintain the oil and this equipment properly to avoid clogging or oil leakage, which may affect the effectiveness of use.
4. A new or long-term hydraulic jack may experience a slight jump in the piston rod when it is first used due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder. The hydraulic jack can be moved back and forth 2-3 times without load to eliminate the air in the chamber. Long term idle hydraulic jacks, due to the hardening of seals caused by prolonged inactivity, affect the service life of hydraulic jacks. Therefore, when hydraulic jacks are not in use, they should be moved back and forth with no load 2-3 times a month.
5. The high-pressure oil pipe undergoes a 105Mpa (1050Kgf/cm2) test before leaving the factory. However, due to the easy aging of rubber hoses, users need to check them regularly, usually for six months, and for frequent users for three months. During inspection, use 87.5Mpa (875Kgf/cm2) for pressure testing. If there are any phenomena such as blasting, protrusion, leakage, etc., it cannot be used.
6. During operation, technical specifications should be strictly followed, and users should regularly inspect and maintain according to their usage.
